Stupidparty 2016 Presidential Aspirants Showing Total Contempt for the Will of the American People.

There is not much the American people can agree on these days. Even simple issues such as Global Warming, the age of the planet, equality for Women, the actual Teachings of Jesus Christ – are issues that cause controversy. 

But even within this absurd context Americans are pretty much united on one issue. The rotten stink of Money in politics. There is simply too much of it and too much coming from anonymous sources. The American people understand, subliminally at the very least that their Democracy is under attack and is  for sale to the highest bidder. Perhaps the most egregious recent example was Sheldon Adelson’s effort to purchase his own President –to ensure that the resident of the White House would be in his pocket and the pocket of his chum, the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. (Who just insulted American intelligence again by arranging a trip to his Stupidparty buddies in Congress, behind the back of the White House, having received what appears to be a *treasonous invitation from the leader of the Stupidparty Congress, John Boehner.) To this end Abelson  virtually single handedly funded Newt Gingrich’s campaign – which peaked when Newt Gingrich so memorably excited the racist base during the South Carolina 2012 Primary. But once Gingrich’s campaign imploded – Sheldon basically gave an unlimited check to Mitt Romney, who immediately returned the favor by adopting Adelson’s  Middle Eastern views—but Romney’s (aka Gordon Gekko) blatant dishonesty combined with his personality disorder – was to prove sufficient to create his own crystal glass cut ceiling, leading to Adelson’s dreams being dashed.

But Adelson is not the most insidious of these donors. He is fairly transparent and two dimensional in his activities. His motivations being primarily – a) Pro Isreal , he is the Rupert Murdoch of the Israeli Media b) having a Department of Justice that will not investigate him and C) enough Tax cuts and Tax loopholes – to more than payback his expenses trying to handpick his own personal President.

No—there is a far more insidious and covert threat to US Democracy. This being the Koch Brothers and their friends. Many people have investigated this network. Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Mike Pence…..all must pay homage to the Royal family of the Oligarchs. 

“When Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky went to Kansas last year to campaign for Gov. Sam Brownback, he quietly requested a private meeting with the oil billionaire Charles G. Koch in his Wichita headquarters.

The senator’s pitch: Of all the potential 2016 Republican presidential candidates, he best reflects the views of Mr. Koch and his younger brother, David H. Koch.

Similarly, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas popped through Wichita in October for an audience he had requested, and he told the elder Mr. Koch that the Republican Party needed a grassroots conservative like him to take back the White House.

And Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey has worked to cultivate a relationship with the younger Mr. Koch, stopping by his Manhattan office, calling him to talk politics and socializing with him, their wives included.

Perhaps no organization commands more deference in Republican politics nowadays than the sprawling operation established by the Koch brothers. And this week, the intense competition among Republicans for their embrace and attention will break out into the open. An invitation-only group of 2016 hopefuls will travel to a resort near Palm Springs, Calif., for the Koch brothers’ annual winter seminar, kicking off the so-called Koch primary.” (Palm Springs—not to be confused with Palm Beach, Florida, the hive of Stupidparty financial backing and intellectually self centered narcissistic greed.)

 

These guys are all desperately seeking the endorsement of the Individuals who are the embodiment of everything the American people (subliminally at least) know are captivating US Democracy. Scott Walker would not be Governor in Wisconsin today without The Koch support. Remember how excited Scott Walker was to talk to David Koch – when he got suckered in a crank call.

Even if the above stories do not appall you. Consider the the root personalities of these Koch Brothers. Understand the world they were born to, the key messages that were literally hammered into them- understand the environment that shaped their personalities and their entitled egotistical Ayn Randian ambitions.   

There is a well reviewed and heavily researched biography: Sons of Wichita: How the Koch Brothers Became America’s Most Powerful and Private Dynasty. “At the center of the saga is patriarch Fred Koch, a staunch anti-communist who drilled his political ideology into his sons from a young age. In 1938, then sympathetic to the fascist regimes ruling Germany, Italy and Japan, Fred wrote that he hoped one day the United States would resemble these nations, which had “overcome” the vices of “idleness, feeding at the public trough, [and] dependence on government.”

Elsewhere, Fred warned of a future “vicious race war” in which communists would pit black Americans against white. “The colored man looms large in the Communist plan to take over America,” he wrote.

In private, Fred Koch “ruled the house with an iron fist” and faith in social Darwinism. Schulman recounts how the former boxer encouraged his sons to fight each other, sometimes with horrifying results. “During one bout, Bill bashed his twin over the head with a polo mallet,” Schulman writes. And “David still bears a scar from the time Bill pierced him in the back with a ceremonial sword.” Those early lessons left a deep imprint on the brothers.”

So perhaps their fascist Aryan superiority childhood education has evolved to a Libertarian fundamentalism – but that is not really much of an evolution at all—as it coincidentally leads to the same place—the Aryan Ayn Rand’s Galt’s Kingdom, where the very few get to govern over the very many – without any laws, taxes or Government to cause any obstruction to the natural Darwinian order of their dreams – the survival of the Richest few. A Gleaming Gold plated Koch palace shining from the gilded mountain. The Koch brothers are going to extraordinary lengths – and they are succeeding,  they have done at least as much as Rupert Murdoch to create the Stupidparty and it’s ultra silly wing – the poor suckers of the Tea Party, who have been tricked into voting against their own interests.

But Stupidparty leaders do not give a damn. They happily conspire with these repulsive Oligarchs to create the stupidity that they so desperately need in order to thrive. All four pillars of Democracy have now been hijacked as Myth gets equal weight as Math – and Myth is far simpler for a conservative brain to digest.

There is one glaring omission to the above list—Jeb Bush. But this absence does not provide even the slightest glimmer of hope. Jeb Bush does not need to pander to the Koch empire. No Bush needs to – not since the 1950’s – When George Bush Sr. joined his Yale Skull and Bones chums, both inside and out side the Oil baron financed CIA. From the the Iranian coup of 1953—leading to the  installation of a CIA sponsored puppet, the fortuitous (for big Oil) JFK  assassination, even Watergate (Nixon may well have been setup) the Iranian hostage crisis.  Bush later CIA head (no one at the time realizing that he had been a CIA operative for decades), then VP, VP and President, having secured the power protectorate of the Saudi Royal family, nurturing Al Qaeda, assisting Pakistan in acquiring the Bomb, the Bush Jr. cover ups and the invented religious conversion—no the Bush dynasty through their contacts have as many resources as they need. The Bush family – more than any family has been a friend of big Oil – and American foreign policy has been dictated by oil interests ever since. JFK tried to stop the “Yale’s” running the CIA, unceremoniously fired the head of the CIA—only to be taken out by an individual who had been “minded” by several CIA operatives over a long period of time. I strongly suspect that only one group of individuals would had the financing and sophisticated set of tools  to pull off such a brilliantly planned and executed event and the all the subsequent elaborate red herrings. Virtually all today’s foreign policy problems, and the threat to the Global Environment has a root in the Bush family mini Oligarchy within its secret self. Jeb is part of that family, it’s corrosive legacy and he is minded by the same power network:

As other Republicans travel the country laying the groundwork for 2016 presidential campaigns, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is raising private-equity funds for oil and gas ventures.

Bush, 61, whose family made much of its fortune in Texas oil, has teamed with former Credit Suisse Group AG and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankers to create an investment firm based in Coral Gables, Florida, according to regulatory filings disclosed last month.

One under-explored avenue of Bush’s business dealings has been the China connection. Given that Bush may soon be vying to be commander-in-chief, it seems untoward that he would be close to the country that is our greatest economic rival, but that’s exactly what the former Florida governor has done. As a part of his possible quest for the White House, he has resigned from a slew of corporate and nonprofit boards, which served as a platform over the past seven years to make him filthy rich…… In 2013, Bush’s private equity business Britton Hill Holdings invested in BH Logistics, which last spring raised $26 million from a variety of investors including HNA group, which is based in Hainan. It also operates 500 jets as part of a subsidiary, Hainan Airlines.

“For the Chinese, the Bush name and the Bush connections to energy are a natural marriage,” China business scholar Derek Scissors told BloombergPolitics. “This is a classic example of the way sophisticated Chinese firms work. They don’t want to get involved directly in a U.S. start-up that’s involved in shale, so they’ll take a minority stake to keep a lower profile. They’re looking for political protection, and the Bush name legitimizes the investment and makes him a perfect partner.”

The Bush family have Oil for Blood, and more than any other family they are responsible for the two Iraq Wars, the Oil wealth of our Middle Eastern enemies, the consequent radicalization of of Islam, financing both sides of the unnecessary Oil Wars we fight, the refusal to acknowledge Global warming. 

We desperately need to remove the Stupid from Stupidparty, the money form politics, the false equivalence from the media, the 18th Century values of the Supreme Court. But by supporting any of these candidates, there is no hope of rebuilding a Democracy based upon the will of the people, or giving America the intellectual integrity to help lead mankind from it’s very dangerous path.
